THE PROCESS

1 CONSULTATION

Concept - Working directly with our clients our art consultants may suggest works to create a
particular environment or mood or to compliment the existing style and colour scheme. We also
work closely with architects and interior designers at the early stages of a project to assist in
developing the most cohesive approach to the interior scheme.

Budget - Once determined, the budget serves as a guide to aid in the development of a conceptual
vision for the art program. From this point we can formulate a complete schedule of artworks and
production specifications for the project.

2 PROPOSAL

Where possible we undertake site visits and photograph the areas that require art. Using photo
rendering, our studio will create a series of room mock-ups which can be presented to the client in
the form of a printed matter or online.

This process clearly showcases a selection of art on the walls and enables the client to see what the
art will look like in the actual evnironment.

3 PROCUREMENT

We have a variety of artwork options and processes to meet your specific requirements. The client
can choose from original art pieces, limited edition fine art giclée prints, reproductions on canvas,
or specifically commissioned art from a wide range of international artists and styles.

We carefully monitor the process of procurement and production and employ specialty framing and
customized presentation styles designed to enhance the artwork and compliment the interiors.

4 INSTALLATION

Integral to the overall success of the art program is the correct placement of each specific piece.
Our art consultants are available to assist with the final installation, to locate and spot the artwork
for the installation crew, and to place works in their correct locations throughout the property.

Our studio can also produce an Art Acquisitions Book to leave with the client to keep. It includes
a written description and image for each artwork in the collection, and is designed as a reference
guide for the clients, so they may offer an informed response to guest inquiries about their new art
collection.
